Nannies in Training was started by mom’s Nicky and Marinda, who both understand the importance of having a caring childminder to look after your kids while you are either working or simply being a mom and juggling household responsibilities. With this in mind, we provide training on childcare, first aid, cleaning and cooking.  Our training is a combination of theory and practical with an emphasis on the practical. We have a Zulu co-trainer to assist us in any potential communication gaps, and we also offer a Zulu training manual.

In addition to training, we also offer a placement service by providing mom’s with a pool of trained and competent maids, nannies and domestic workers. We find out exactly what type of a person you are looking for, and based on this provide you with potential candidates.

Nannies in Training works closely with two community based organisations with the aim of empowering unemployed women through our training. With these skills in hand, we assist in finding employment for these ladies.
