Christmas is a wonderful time for spoiling those that you love, for giving gifts and eating hearty meals with friends and family - and that often includes your family pets! |
| But - for animal welfare organisations, Christmas time invokes some very different feelings... Shelters become overwhelmed with homeless, abondoned or lost animals that are scared, lonely and confused, and never get the changes to experience the love and joy of receiving their own gifts at Christmas time... |
